SuperMuso Terms & Conditions

By signing up with SuperMuso, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms

  • º A once-off yearly sign-up fee of R350 is payable upon registration.
º Lesson fees are based on the selected option and are charged monthly in advance.
º The preferred payment method is a PayFast subscription, processed on the 1st of each month.
º Alternatively, payment via EFT may be requested and is due by the 5th of each month.
  • º If a PayFast payment fails, a new subscription must be set up before the 5th to avoid interruption.
º Missed payments may result in suspended lessons until fees are settled.
  • º Lessons may only be attended if all payments are up to date and student's account is in good standing.
         º If you signed up for the Black November special, then lapse on your PayFast subscription in January, the student forfeits the discounted fees and will have to signup again, at the fees applicable for that year.
º All fees are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

º Should you need to cancel, kindly complete the official cancellation form here: 👉 SuperMuso Cancellation Form
º Please provide one full calendar month’s notice.
  •    º If notice is given on or before the 15th, you may complete the current month’s lessons.
    •    º If given after the 15th, payment for the following month is required, and lessons may still be attended during that month if preferred.
º No cancellations are accepted in November or December.

3. Lesson Attendance Policy

Group Lessons (Intro, Uki, Group Heroes)

    º Missed group lessons cannot be rescheduled.

Private Lessons (Online, Solo, @Home Heroes)

    º If more than 24 hours’ notice is given, a make-up lesson may be arranged — possibly online, depending on coach availability.
  •     º Lessons are forfeited if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
    º In case of transport issues, an online lesson may be requested on the day of the lesson.

General

    º Weekly lessons follow official public school terms, comprising 10 lessons per term and 40 lessons per year.
    º No lessons are held on public holidays or during public school holidays.

4. POPIA Consent

WhatsApp Groups

º You may opt out of any group at any time.
º Remaining in a group means you consent to your name and number being visible to other members.
º You may not use others’ personal information without their consent.
º SuperMuso will not share your details with any third party without your permission.

Media Consent

  • º Photos and videos of students may be used on SuperMuso’s social media and promotional platforms.

5. Updates to Terms and Conditions

º SuperMuso may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

º Continued enrolment indicates your acceptance of any updates.
